Why does the app show no target?
Because a target has to come from somewhere. Repona starts from a test set — one set taken to the point where your form would break — and builds every later target from that number. Until you do one, the target is shown as missing rather than guessed.
Why did my target go down?
Either you reported soreness, which lowers today's target for one day only, or you reported that nothing was left in the tank after your last set. Your measured maximum is never changed by either.
Why is there no load figure for sit-ups?
Because there is no published body-mass fraction for trunk movements. Repona records reps and energy for them and leaves the load figure empty instead of inventing one. The same applies to incline and decline push-ups.
Why is a short set showing no energy?
A set under six seconds has no usable tempo, and the energy estimate is built on tempo. The app says so instead of showing a number it cannot stand behind.
Reminders are not arriving
Notifications must be allowed for Repona in iOS Settings, and the reminder day must be one of your training days.
